Piggies and Pals

Hello farm friends, hope this summer is treating you well. Here summer is passing quickly but I wanted to share a little update on our piggies and their pals. You may remember these two...

That was Shep and Porter the day they first met. Well, they are still very best friends and I have a video clip to show you how much Porter has grown. Pansy is there too and she is huge!
You can see they are all very big pals. Porter loves Shep and although he gets irritable at times, Shep loves all the attention they give him.

As I said, Pansy is huge and our vet says he is 90% sure she is preggers. Baby piggies coming soon to Verde Farm!

Have a great week farm friends,

Shep is a sweet dog... a great farm dog... very accepting and seems to love the little pig. What a cute bonding.
Take lots of photos when the babies arrive.

What a wonderful dog :) (Can you tell dogs are my favourite?!) Wonderful to see Shep take the attentions of the big and be so laid back.
We once had a Border Collie named Shep :)

I saw Shep give one of 'those' looks... as in, "Do I have to put up with this!" But, you can see the love!
Oh, I hope you do have piggies. (Well, Pansy... not you!) What is the gestation? How cute would that be?!!

Hi Amy,

I was going to email you to ask if you would visit blogland again. You don't have to do all the things you were trying to do with your blog. I think most of us just like to see pictures of your farm, the animals that live there and just every day happenings.

I'm not consistent with my postings either because taking care of animals takes a lot of time and energy!

I'm glad to know you are well and enjoyed the little movie clip :)
