Farm Friend Friday and Farmgirl Friday #2

Hi farm friends, hope this week has been good to you! We are finally seeing some spring weather here at Verde Farm. Hoping to mow grass for the first time this weekend, if it doesn’t rain. We will be posting very soon about our kunkune pigs, Pansy and Porter and updating you on their “relationship.” All those tabloid reports that Pansy is pregos are false. Not yet anyway but stay tuned.

It’s that time for the farm party of the week. Farm friends and farmgirls unite...the party starts now!

Howdy Miss Amy! I hope everything is going well for you. Today felt like spring, but I hear the bottom will drop out again. Dang! I'm ready for warmer weather. We have to work extra hard to keep the greenhouse warm enough. The wind has been wicked for a few weeks, so we're late for planting. Some years are just like this! Have a good weekend!

Visiting Verde Farm is like coming into a different time and place where everything is just lovely. I could go on and on. I love everything here. I'm busy with the A to Z challenge and since I don't really have a farm or a ranch with ranch animals, not even a chicken, just a lot of land, I'm not participating in Farm Friday, but I know you are doing a great job hosting.--Inger

Somebody just called the office and asked about Kunkune pigs. I had never heard of them before...and now I have!

Looking forward to learning more about them. =)

Amy, you okay? I always get worried when a "fairly often" blogger doesn't blog fairly often. :)
I hope everything is just busy and that all is well.

Can you even imagine how cute their baby piglet will be? Actually, I suppose it will be piglets, won't it. Fun, fun, fun!
Hope spring is treating you well, and I hope work is getting a bit less busy.
