Thanksgiving

For flowers that bloom about our feet;
For tender grass, so fresh, so sweet;
For song of bird, and hum of bee;
For all things fair we hear or see,
Father in heaven, we thank Thee!
~Ralph Waldo Emerson

Wishing you and your family a Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter and appreciation for all blessings shared.

Hey, I see beekeeping for dummies on your nightstand. Best book out there, I read them all when we were going to get bees. I love that book. We learned so much, another thing I did was go on You Tube and watched the videos of people who got bees and were putting them in the hive. Some of them were a riot. I learned a bunch that way too.

Amy, I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I love the Emerson quote. As the years pass by faster and faster (I think it's because I'm older and older), I appreciate the simple beauty around me so much more. And I'm thankful for my family and for friends like you.
